What happens to information you provide while using PawMambo.

Photos and dance references

When you select a photo or reference video, your browser shows a local preview. Selecting files alone does not send them to a video provider.

When generation is enabled and you select Generate dance, PawMambo sends the chosen photo, reference video, and generation instructions to Kie AI and its video model provider. The finished preset videos are watch-only and are not sent for generation.

PawMambo stores the account ID, task status, and result link for submitted jobs in Cloudflare D1 so you can return to your video history. It does not store the original photo or reference video in D1. Provider file and result links may expire.

After a video succeeds, PawMambo saves a private copy in Cloudflare R2 for your account history. The storage bucket is not public. Your video may remain available there until you ask us to remove it; keep a personal copy of anything important to you.

If you choose Copy video link, PawMambo creates a public share page for that saved result. Anyone with the page link can watch it. The two finished examples shown in the studio are also public site assets. Contact us if you want a share page or stored result removed.

Google sign-in

When Google sign-in is enabled, Google provides your name, email address, and profile image to create your PawMambo account. PawMambo stores these details, your Google account identifier, login tokens, and sign-in sessions in Cloudflare D1. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in; signing out ends that session. Signing in does not grant free credits.

To request deletion of your account data or video history, email contact@pawmambo.com.

Campaign attribution and payments

If you arrive with UTM campaign tags, your browser keeps them in session storage for up to 24 hours. When you create a new account, PawMambo records the first campaign source, medium, campaign, term, and content with that account. Administrators see aggregated sign-up counts by source and date. Visits without a new account are not counted in these reports.

Stripe handles payment details. PawMambo stores an order ID, your account ID, pack, amount, currency, payment status, Stripe Checkout Session ID, and status events. PawMambo does not store card numbers. A verified Stripe event grants credits after successful payment.

Website delivery and providers

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs. Kie AI and its video model provider process photos, reference videos, generation instructions, and results when you submit a generation request. See Kie AI's privacy policy for its handling of data.

Cookies and local storage

On the live site, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose Allow analytics. Google Analytics measures page visits and navigation. Microsoft Clarity records interactions to help us understand how the site is used; its strict masking setting hides page content in recordings. We do not use advertising cookies or send your account ID to these tools. The analytics preference is saved in your browser and can be changed through Cookies in the footer.

An essential session cookie keeps your account signed in. UTM campaign tags are held in session storage until the first sign-up is recorded or they expire. The studio keeps selected files and previews in your browser while the page is open; it does not save them to a PawMambo browser storage library.
